Full Job Description Job Summary:
A welder performs general welding assignments for any/all areas of the plant in order to support the production goals.
Requirements:
Use electric power tools and equipment of all types. Accurately read a tape measure. Perform and remember how to perform multiple tasks from day to day. Weld on a flat, curved or vertical surface. Ability to set a welding machine, including the gas, volts, amps, and wire speed. Ability to weld in a variety of positions. Be able to make minor adjustments to the welding equipment as needed.
