Entry‑Level Welder MIG & Aluminum | Fabrication Shop Launch your welding career with a growing manufacturer. We're looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Entry‑Level Welder to join our busy fabrication team. In this role, you'll work hands‑on with MIG and aluminum welding, follow engineering drawings, and produce high‑quality components that matter. What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components Read and follow engineering drawings and blueprints Weld from bills of materials (BOMs) to ensure accuracy Set up and adjust welding equipment for varying material thicknesses (including 11‑gauge and 7‑gauge steel) Perform aluminum welding for specific parts and projects Assist with general fabrication tasks as production needs shift Use grinders, drills, and other hand and power tools to prep and finish parts Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area What We're Looking For Basic to intermediate MIG welding experience (steel and aluminum) Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings Familiarity with fabrication in a shop or manufacturing environment Comfortable using common shop tools and equipment Willingness to move between welding and fabrication tasks Ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts (or willingness to become certified) Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail Why You'll Want to Work Here Growing company with new facilities and advancement opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance through a major provider 401(k) with 3% company match Annual performance reviews Year‑end bonus tied to company performance Supportive team environment focused on learning and development Ready to get started? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
