Welder And Fabricator

Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Welder and Fabricator, where you will work on our Welding and Grind team, specializing in both Robotic and MIG welding processes. This role is integral to our production operations, ensuring high-quality products are delivered efficiently. Responsibilities Operate welding and grinding machinery as part of a team process. Perform general labor tasks associated with manufacturing and production. Ensure quality control by inspecting products for defects. Participate actively in assembly line operations and machine operation tasks. Rotate between stations, adapting to different roles and responsibilities. Adhere to safety protocols while working with furnaces and ovens. Lift and manage materials weighing between 40-50 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Capability to stand for 10-hour shifts. Understanding of operating rhythm as part of a team process. Ability to work in hot/warm conditions and near furnaces. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
