We're looking for experienced MIG and TIG welders to join a well-established fabrication facility in Fort Wayne. This is a stable, full-time 1st shift opportunity with consistent hours, overtime potential, and a team that values safety, skill, and reliability. What You'll Be Doing Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on steel components and vertical uprights Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical sketches Cut, clean, fit, and align metal parts with precision Set up and adjust welding equipment for optimal results Perform quality checks and test welds to ensure standards are met Maintain equipment and follow all OSHA safety guidelines Support general fabrication and shop tasks as needed Work Environment Indoor fabrication shop (clean, structured environment) Hands-on, active welding and fitting work Focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork Schedule 1st Shift (Full-Time):

Monday-Thursday:

6:00 AM - 4:30

PM Friday:

6:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Overtime may be available based on production needs) What You'll Need Prior

MIG & TIG

welding experience (required) Ability to read blueprints and work independently Must pass background check and drug screening Comfortable working in a fabrication/industrial setting PPE required: welding hood, gloves, steel-toe boots, long sleeves, long pants Why This Job?
