Experienced Fabricator

Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication processes, including welding and assembly, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, good mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Duties Operate various fabrication equipment including MIG welding machines. Read and interpret schematics to determine project specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as press brake machines for metal shaping. Perform pipe threading, ductwork assembly, and general manufacturing tasks. Conduct quality checks using calipers and micrometers to ensure precision in fabrication. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to Safety codes & standards. Engage in rigging activities for lifting heavy materials safely using cranes or forklifts. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols. Skills Agricultural water drainage machine experience is highly desirable. Proficiency in MIG welding techniques. Familiarity with mechanical systems and basic math skills for measurements. Experience with steel assembly desirable. Ability to operate plasma table, cranes, forklifts, and other heavy machinery safely. Knowledge of machining processes and soldering techniques is a plus. Strong understanding of fabrication principles including assembly processes. Capability to work with various tools including power tools and hand tools effectively.
