• Temporary, Part-time, Full-time We are currently seeking a MIG Welder to join our team.

This position involves fabricating and welding various components for steel projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MIG welding steel and accurately reading a measuring tape. While welding certifications are preferred, they are not required. Starting pay will be commensurate with experience, and familiarity with a press brake or laser is highly valued. Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures using various welding techniques
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
• Operate welding equipment in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
• Perform quality inspections to ensure all welds meet specifications
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize work assignments. Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of welding experience
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication
• Proficiency in orbital welding, pipe threading equipment, or forklift operation is a plus
• High attention to detail and precision
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
