MIG Welder

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level MIG Welder to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity ideal for candidates with at least 6 months of welding experience who are looking to grow their skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Experience/Skill Level Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on a variety of materials and components Operate and maintain different types of welding equipment Manually guide welding gun along weld lines, maintaining proper arc length and speed Ensure proper weld depth and bead quality by monitoring metal color, weld sound, and molten puddle size Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards Accurately track and report production quantities Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of MIG welding experience required Familiarity with various welding tools and equipment Ability to read a tape measure accurately Basic shop math skills, including converting decimals to fractions Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Why Apply?
