Job Description

The company is seeking a qualified welder to join the operations staff. The individual must have a passion for work and a craftsman's attitude for quality.
Qualifications:
Ability to read blueprints Expert with MIG, SMAW and TIG welding processes Torch Cutting Ability to produce a manufactured quality finish Proper use of hand tools Ability to learn CNC Machines Ability to lift 50+lbs.
Experience:
1 - 2 years
Manufacturing Welding Experience Education:
Prefer successful completion of related course work at a trade or technical school. Work history may qualify for trade or technical school.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES
Requires a strong, related work history. Computer skills for time clock Must supply own hand tools-(tool list available) Ability to change assignments frequently Prefer previous welding, fabricating experience Strong mechanical aptitude. Can work well independently and with others. Observes safety and security procedures by using equipment and materials properly. Is consistently at work and on time, ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent Position provides the opportunity for cross training in other shop and manufacturing skills. Competitive compensation is based on ability and experience with an incentive plan that increases compensation for outstanding performance. (2 level bonus plan) Please apply in store.
