Job Description

Responsibilities:
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine welding requirements. Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques based on the materials and project specifications. Perform various welding processes Weld and fabricate metal components, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to welding standards. Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner. Inspect completed welds visually or using testing methods to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies. Conduct repairs or modifications on existing structures or components as required. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Keep accurate records of work performed, including welding procedures, inspections, and materials used. Multi-process stick welding, TIG, MIG , flux-cored, submerged arc, and high-speed gas metal arc welding, and gouging weld services
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Welding certification or relevant trade qualifications preferred. Proven experience as a Welder Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and practices. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. Familiarity with welding codes and standards Ability to operate and maintain welding equipment and tools. Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
