Key ResponsibilitiesRead, communicate, and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructionsHandle materials and prepare workstation and equipment for productionSet heat and pressure settings per instructionsDress welding tips and assemble parts prior to weldingPerform welding operations per specificationsAdjust welding arms, holders, tips, and water hoses as requiredPerform rework and report material shortagesMaintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience welding or equivalent educationAbility to read OMS and quality specificationsExcellent attention to detailCommitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement supportAdditional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans
Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this position, associates are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts as well as extreme heat, fumes, airborne particles and vibration. Ability to lift 50lbs and constant standing.
