Job Description

Job Title:
Welder Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks with precision and efficiency. You will work on various projects, ensuring all welding work meets the required safety and quality standards. If you have a passion for welding and take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you! This position offers a competitive pay rate of £18 per hour. Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts and determine welding requirements. Operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding tools, to join, fabricate, and repair metal and other materials. Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Maintain welding equipment in good condition and perform routine maintenance as needed. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time. Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used. Qualifications Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role. Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick, etc.). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to adhere to safety protocols. Physical stamina and ability to work in challenging environments. Welding certification is preferred but not required.
