Job Description

Crown Staffing is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join the team at Lingo Manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with welding experience who are looking for a stable, full-time position with a growing company. The ideal candidate will have experience welding steel, reading blueprints, and maintaining high-quality workmanship in a manufacturing environment.
MIG Welder Schedule:
Full-Time, Mon- Sun, 6:00am- 4:30pm
Pay Rate:
20.00-25.00 based on experience
Location:
Walton, KY, Florence KY Responsibilities Set up and operate MIG welding equipment Weld steel components according to blueprints and specifications Clamp, grind, tack-weld, and position materials prior to welding Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Troubleshoot welding equipment as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements Qualifications Required Minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience High school diploma or GED Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred TIG welding experience Manufacturing or fabrication experience Benefits & Perks Competitive pay Full-time opportunity Career growth potential Team-oriented work environment Stable manufacturing position Apply Today!
