Welder Job Summary The Welder performs repair MIG welds on warehouse components, ensuring all parts meet quality and production standards. This role focuses on correcting missed welds from robotic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG weld repairs on production parts Inspect and correct missed or defective welds Read and interpret blueprints for weld specifications Maintain production pace while ensuring quality Load parts into fixtures or machines as needed Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace Qualifications MIG welding experience with strong weld quality Ability to read blueprints Able to pass a weld test Strong attention to detail and reliability Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment Preferred Experience with robotic welding or production equipment Experience in manufacturing or fabrication Why Join Us Join a growing company offering stable work, multiple shift options, and opportunities to build hands-on welding experience on large-scale projects. Work Environment Production-floor setting with various shifts available (weekday and weekend). Role requires standing for extended periods, working with metal parts, and following standard safety protocols with PPE. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
