(MTG) is a trusted provider of precision-engineered metal fabrication and manufacturing solutions for OEM and industrial clients. MTG is committed to delivering custom-built products with a focus on quality, efficiency, and durability. Role Description MTG is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator for a full-time position at our Westfield, MA facility. The Welder will be responsible for performing various welding processes such as TIG, MIG, and Arc welding on different materials to meet project specifications and quality standards. Daily tasks include interpreting blueprints, setting up and operating welding equipment, inspecting materials and finished products, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless production flow. Safety, precision, and adherence to quality standards are top priorities in this role. Qualifications Proficiency in TIG Welding, and MIG Welding techniques Experience in general Welding practices and working with a variety of Materials Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of safety guidelines and standards for a welding environment Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Physical stamina to perform job tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment is a plus Welding certifications or equivalent technical training is preferred • Minimum 3-year welding/fabrication experience If you're dependable, motivated, and looking to build your welding career, we'd like to hear from you.
