What you will do:

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols to guide fabrication work Lay out, measure, and fabricate steel components according to exact specifications Perform MIG welding as the primary method; use TIG or Stick welding as needed for specific tasks Operate shop equipment Inspect welds and finished components to ensure they meet quality standards and durability requirements Identify potential hazards and apply appropriate protections to materials and the work area before welding or grinding Show up on time and ready to work

Minimum Qualifications:
