Job Description
MIG , FLUX
, and ARC Welding- Shop Environment M-F 6am start time for
FIRST SHIFT
(6a-2:30p) $21- 25/hr
THICK Steel Welding/Fabrication Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine welding requirements
- Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications
- Perform various types of welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of welded joints
- Assist with pipe threading and other mechanical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a welder or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Strong knowledge of various welding techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to fabricate and assemble metal components accurately
- Familiarity with pipe threading and mechanical tasks
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, bending, and lifting
- Valid welding certification is preferred but not required
