Welder Job Description We are seeking skilled welders experienced in MIG and/or TIG welding on aluminum and steel components for commercial vehicle upfitting. The ideal candidates will be able to follow design prints, meet quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Perform MIG/TIG welding operations on steel and aluminum using MIG welding machines. Grind excess weld material to achieve required finish quality. Pass welding test to AWI standards for 3/8" plate and thinner materials. Shift 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) with occasional overtime as needed. Pay Rate $21/hr (pay increase after probation period) Essential Skills 2 years of experience in MIG and/or TIG welding. Experience welding on aluminum and steel. Familiarity with measuring tools. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Adrian, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
