What you'll do Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding on diverse materials, ensuring precision and quality. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to fabricate components according to specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as oxygen torch. Execute pipe threading, ductwork assembly, and mechanical assembly tasks with attention to detail. Operate cranes and forklifts safely while moving materials around the construction site. Conduct quality checks using calipers and micrometers to ensure adherence to ASME codes & standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Basic qualifications Proven experience in welding, particularly MIG and TIG techniques. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment. Preferred qualifications Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Previous lift truck license/experience helpful, but not required.
