Welding - Traverse City $18-25/hr

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Robot Welder to join our fabrication team. In this role, you'll work with MIG and TIG welding processes, including robotic welding systems, to manufacture high-quality products based on detailed customer specifications. What You'll Do Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel Operate and assist with robotic welding systems Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Set up and adjust machines and tools to produce quality parts Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers) to ensure accuracy Maintain equipment in safe working condition Follow all safety, quality, and production standards What We're Looking For 1+ year of welding experience preferred (MIG/TIG) Experience working with aluminum and stainless steel Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Mechanically inclined with problem-solving ability Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn Requirements High School Diploma or GED Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs regularly Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Safety-first mindset
