The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and a strong understanding of fabrication processes. This role involves working in manufacturing environments, where precision and adherence to safety standards are paramount. The MIG Welder will be responsible for producing high-quality welds while ensuring compliance with company standards. Duties Perform MIG welding on steel parts. Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications is a plus. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively and safely. Conduct fabrication tasks, including assembly and pipe threading as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Inspect completed welds for quality assurance using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while meeting quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in MIG welding Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic math calculations related to welding tasks. Experience with rigging, machining, soldering, plasma cutting, and operating press brake machines is desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is preferred. Additional Information Shift 1st

  • 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM Pay 1st shift
