Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Hastings, MI. The ideal candidate will have experience in stainless steel MIG welding, but we are willing to train the right person. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for welding, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on stainless steel materials. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards. Maintain welding equipment and tools. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Skills Needed:
Experience in MIG welding preferred, especially with stainless steel. Willingness to learn and undergo training. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills.
Knowledge Required:
Understanding of welding techniques and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with welding equipment maintenance. Ability to
