welding on steel and aluminum Operate jig/fixture tables to fabricate parts accurately Read and interpret blueprints and fabricate accordingly Grind welds flat and finish outside corners to Class A standards Perform fabrication, fitting, grinding, and finishing work with attention to detail Maintain quality standards throughout the fabrication process Assist with shop organization, material handling, and keeping work areas clean Follow PPE and shop safety standards Qualifications Previous metal fabrication and welding experience required Proficient in

welding on steel and aluminum Experience operating jig/fixture tables Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills Ability to produce clean, consistent welds and high-quality finishes Experience grinding and finishing welds to cosmetic/Class A standards Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Forklift/Hilo experience Experience in custom fabrication environments #
