Salary Range:

$19.00 - $29.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO)

Previous experience as a Welder Fabricator or similar role is preferred.

Welding Skills:

Proficient in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques with a keen eye for detail.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in various positions for extended periods.

Safety Conscious:

Commitment to following strict safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents.

Team Player:

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of different metals, alloys, and welding processes.

Responsibilities Welding:

Capable of welding metal components according to design specifications.

Fabrication:

Work with precision tools and equipment to assemble and create various metal structures.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards for durability and aesthetics.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with team members to streamline production processes and achieve project goals efficiently.

Safety Compliance:
