Candidates must be highly motivated, dependable, and capable of producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and weld symbols Fabricate and assemble parts to print specifications Maintain weld quality in accordance with AWS standards and customer requirements Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality Operate fabrication equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years welding/fabrication experience preferred Strong MIG and TIG welding skills required Proficient in print reading and weld symbol interpretation Familiarity with AWS welding codes and industry standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have strong attention to detail, quality, and an exceptional attitude
Preferred Experience:
Experience in aerospace, defense, or precision fabrication environments Fit-up and fabrication experience Ability to weld large multi-pass groove and fillet welds exceeding 1" thickness Ability to pass a weld test
