Job Description

US Element is a 40+ year family-owned manufacturer with a niche product offering the industrial heating industry. We are currently seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join out team.
Job Description:
Hands-on work with fabricating tools and equipment—using wire, rod, and sheet to fabricate parts from engineering drawings. You'll get exposure to a range of work rather than a single repetitive task. We are a small but growing team, advancement is driven by performance and a willingness to grow. The interview includes a hands-on portion: some basic TIG welding so we can see your skills, and you can experience our shop and the work.
Schedule:
M-F 7AM-3
30PM (40 Hours) Full Health Benefits after 90
Days Experience:
Must be able to demonstrate TIG Welding experience.
