Essential Job Functions:
Measure and cut metal components using manual or automated tools Weld components using appropriate welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) to meet quality standards Conduct inspections to ensure welded joints are structurally sound and meet specifications Fabricate metal structures, equipment, and components according to project requirements Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition Adhere to safety procedures and regulations at all times
Qualifications:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and materials Ability to perform various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) with precision Skilled in using hand and power tools for cutting, grinding, and shaping metal Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in welding is preferred Valid welding certification(s) is a plus What we offer: Competitive compensation 100% company paid health insurance for employee and dependents 100% company paid dental and vision for employee and dependents 401k with 3% company match Overtime after 8 hours PTO And much more!
