The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality welds on various metal components, ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, including structural steel, ductwork, piping, and sheet metal assemblies, in a dynamic environment that values precision and craftsmanship. The successful applicant will contribute significantly to our commitment to delivering durable and reliable metal structures. Responsibilities Perform welding tasks using MIG and aluminum welding Fabricate components according to specifications and schematics. Ensure all work meets industry codes and standards for safety and quality. Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings effectively. Requirements Proven experience as a Welder with proficiency in MIG welding and aluminum welding techniques. Strong understanding of fabrication processes. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to welding. Experience working in a warehouse. Spanish and English bilingual strongly preferred Mechanical knowledge related to rigging, pipe threading, ductwork fabrication, and assembly processes. Experience working with schematics for mechanical systems or manufacturing components. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations relevant to fabrication tasks. Familiarity with construction site safety practices, including crane operation and forklift handling. Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
