TIG Welder 1st shift - $25-$30 Job Description We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team and support the fabrication of high‑quality aluminum and stainless steel components. In this role, you will perform precision TIG welding on materials ranging from .090" to 1" thick while building staging, risers, platforms, railings, and custom venue structures. You'll work directly from blueprints and weld symbols, support assembly processes, and ensure the final product meets strict quality and finish standards. Key Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel (.090"-1" thickness). Fabricate components for staging, risers, platforms, railings, and other custom venue pieces. Read and interpret detailed blueprints and weld symbols. Assist with assembly while welding components into sub‑assemblies and finished units. Conduct metal finishing, grinding, and prep work to meet cosmetic and quality expectations. Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, structural integrity, and finish requirements. Essential Skills & Experience 2+ years of TIG welding and/or metal fabrication experience. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols. Work Environment Work in a large, well‑organized production facility equipped with modern tools and state‑of‑the‑art fabrication technology.
