• Full-time CJ Inc is looking for a motivated Welder / Fabricator to join our growing manufacturing team.

We build skid steer attachments, tractor attachments, automotive equipment, and heavy-duty fabricated products using primarily mild steel. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to grow their welding and fabrication skills over time. This role will primarily focus on MIG welding mild steel. Responsibilities MIG weld mild steel components and assemblies Read and follow blueprints, prints, and work instructions Grind, fit, and prepare parts for welding Help maintain quality standards and clean weld appearance Work with the production team to meet deadlines Assist with fabrication and assembly tasks as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Previous welding or fabrication experience required Basic understanding of MIG welding Ability to read a tape measure accurately Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet throughout the day Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Skills Experience welding mild steel Blueprint reading experience Experience with fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, or press brakes TIG welding experience is a plus, but not required Stainless steel welding experience is a plus
