Welder/Fabricator Second Shift Overview:

BotCrew Robotics is a leading robotics company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and deployment of cutting-edge robotic solutions. We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as a skilled Welder/Fitter. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sheet metal fabrication, welding techniques, and mechanical knowledge to assemble and fabricate metal parts.

Schedule:

Second Shift:

Thursday-Sunday 5:30pm - 1:30 am

Responsibilities:

Perform welding tasks. Fit and weld components to assemble structural forms such as machinery body parts and fuel tanks. Operate tools including grinders, drill presses, and band saws. Utilize lifting equipment for material handling. Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control.

Skills:

Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication and welding processes. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to read schematics. Strong attention to detail for precise welding. Capability to build structures from raw materials. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values craftsmanship and precision. Pre-Interview Test Requirement:

All candidates will be required to perform a welding and grinding test prior to the interview . Please come prepared with the following personal protective equipment (PPE): Welding gloves Welding helmet Steel-toe boots Any additional gear necessary for safe and effective performance of welding and grinding tasks

Paid Holiday Shutdowns:

Full pay for the week of July 4th and the week of Christmas (40 hours each).

Additional PTO:
