Welder - MIG / TIG / Stick / Flux Core - Will Pay up to $32/hr. Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Long-Term Growth We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our fabrication team and work on specialized industrial equipment, including rendering systems and cookers. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants long-term career growth, including the opportunity to train toward code welding certification . What You'll Do Perform welding using MIG, TIG, flux core (FCAW), and stick welding processes Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to meet project specifications Build and assemble metal components and structures from start to finish Layout, fit, and position parts accurately prior to welding Inspect welds and assemblies for quality and conformance to standards Troubleshoot basic welding and mechanical issues as they arise Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Work collaboratively with fabrication and production teams What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with MIG welding (required) Experience with TIG, flux core, and stick welding Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability Work Environment Fabrication and production facility Standing, welding, fitting, and material handling throughout the day Older facility with active improvements underway PPE and safety practices required at all times Apply Today Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Glencoe, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
