Welder and Fabricator This role involves fabricating and welding metal components in a busy, well‑equipped shop. You'll read blueprints, measure and cut materials, assemble parts, weld using MIG/TIG, and complete quality checks. This is a long‑term opportunity with strong growth potential. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Inver Grove Heights, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00/hr.
