Monday-Thursday 5:45AM-4:15PM + Overtime on Fridays Mankato Hours; 1st

Shift:

Monday-Thursday 5:00AM-3:30PM + Overtime as needed 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Thursday 3:00PM-2:00AM + Overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

As a Welder, you will be responsible for demonstrating your welding ability, passing certification, and being proficient in reading blueprints and making equipment adjustments. This role requires basic math skills for accurate measuring, assembly and problem solving.

Skills:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly. Preferred qualification of a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fabrication environment including drilling, welding, and various hand tools. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. ... Demonstrated ability to execute on SOP, quality, and safety practices. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow effectively to accomplish deadlines. Good communication skills.

Qualifications:

Ability to use handheld measuring tools such as a tape measurer, combination square, and other measuring instruments. Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently.
