Skilled Welder

Now hiring Skilled Welders Pay up to $39/hour In this job you will be welding and fitting custom products. Each day will be different and you will be working off blueprints and weld symbols each day. There is going to be a strong mix of stainless and carbon steel and ability to be flexible and take on other welding tasks throughout the shop is key to growing within the company. What You'll Be Doing Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components Fitting and Tack Welding Products Working in a variety of different positions. Accurately read and work from blueprints and weld symbols Assist with general shop and fabrication tasks to broaden skill sets Support fabrication processes using equipment such as: Brake press Shear Roller What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Hands-on MIG welding experience (school, farm, or professional experience considered) Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols Basic understanding of metal fabrication processes Ability to read Tape Measures 1st shift, 2nd shift & Weekend Shift Work Environment Brand‑new, clean, and organized facility Modern fabrication and welding equipment Strong focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork Culture that encourages learning, development, and long-term careers Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
