As a Welder, you will perform MIG welding on mild steel to produce reliable, well‑built fabricated products in a clean, organized industrial shop. You'll work from blueprints , prepare materials, and execute welds in multiple positions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency. Responsibilities MIG welding on mild steel to fabricate and assemble components according to specifications Reading blueprints to determine weld locations, dimensions, and assembly requirements Preparing materials using fixtures, jigs, and positioning tools Operating manual wire‑feed and automatic welding equipment with proper heat, arc, speed, and bead control Producing strong, consistent welds in all positions: flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead, and down Inspecting welds and assemblies to meet internal and industry quality standards Moving finished products within the shop, including forklift operation when trained Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and uphold quality expectations Why Work Here This company values craftsmanship, teamwork, and long‑term growth.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
