Job Description

MetalWerx Inc. is looking for 2 to 3 dependable and experienced Welders to join our growing team in Little Falls, Minnesota. If you take pride in your work, value quality craftsmanship, and want to be part of a strong team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities Include:
Perform MIG welding on steel materials Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow company safety procedures and guidelines Assist with additional shop duties as needed
Qualifications:
Prior welding experience required Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and work ethic Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing environment Ability to work in a fast paced environment
