  • What You'll Do
  • As an Intermediate Welder, you will set up and operate multiple welding processes while meeting quality and productivity standards. Your work will directly support the production of high‑quality industrial products.
  • Key Responsibilities Include:
  • + Perform
  • MIG, TIG, and resistance welding
  • operations + Assist entry‑level welders with interpreting production orders, layouts, and engineering drawings (blueprints) + Layout, fit, and fabricate metal components such as frames and structural parts + Perform additional operations including grinding and spatter removal + Troubleshoot, perform setup/changeovers, and adjust processes as needed + Meet established efficiency, quality, and safety standards within the first 3 months + Measure weld length, size, and pitch to meet print tolerances and minimize scrap + Perform •3 or more welding processes proficiently•within department standards + Promote and participate in continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor •Education & Experience•+ High School Diploma or GED required + Must pass a written and hands‑on welding assessment + General sheet metal or vocational training preferred •Physical Requirements•+ Routinely lift up to 40 lbs.
+ Stand for extended periods with frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting + Strong manual dexterity required + Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

  • + •Steel‑toed boots required•(must be provided by the worker and worn during interviews and orientation) + Additional PPE provided onsite (gloves, safety glasses, sleeves, hearing protection, etc.

  • $23.
