Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated fabricator to join our production team, specializing in the assembly and welding of our core product lines. You will be responsible for operating and managing welding, soldering, and brazing equipment to build high-durability machinery including paving equipment, pavement maintenance tools, and compactors.Primary Responsibilities Precision Fabrication:
Interpret technical blueprints to accurately layout, position, and secure components for welding.Heavy-Duty Welding:
Execute high-quality MIG welding on a mix of mild and stainless steel.Structural Integrity:
Manage heavy-gauge materials (up to 1 inch thick) and perform structural 3-pass welds to meet rigorous safety standards.Workflow Management:
Maintain an efficient pace to ensure production targets and project deadlines are met consistently.Required Experience & Skills MIG Expertise:
At least 2+ years of professional experience focusing on heavy-gauge steel applications.Technical Literacy:
Proven ability to read and interpret complex industrial blueprints.GD&T Proficiency:
A solid grasp of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing to ensure all parts meet exact specifications.Education & Qualifications Growth Opportunities:
