Job Description:

Westmor Industries is seeking a skilled aluminum welder to join our team to take on a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to follow safety procedures, maintain an organized workspace, and follow appropriate weld procedures, with training provided for the right person. Key Responsibilities An Aluminum Welder is responsible for completing the following duties: Read and interpret blueprint drawings and dimension styles accurately. Prepare weld surfaces according to specifications and requirements. Set up and adjust welder settings to ensure optimal performance and quality. Perform welding tasks in compliance with industry codes and procedures. Adhere to safe operating procedures for overhead cranes, forklifts, and other machinery. Compensation The starting pay range for this position is $20-$25 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location. Day Shift Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Employee Benefits Weekly paycheck Boot reimbursements up to $125 Medical insurance - Covers 75% of premiums Dental and vision insurance Company paid life insurance 401K retirement account with 5% company match On the spot bonuses up to $100 Qualifications Ability to read blueprints
