Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pipe Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding pipe systems according to detailed blueprints and schematics. Your expertise will ensure the integrity and safety of piping installations across various projects, from industrial facilities to infrastructure development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced welding techniques and mechanical systems in a fast-paced environment committed to quality and precision. Duties Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to accurately fabricate pipe components. Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) to join pipes made of various materials Use hand tools, power tools, to cut, shape, and assemble pipe sections with precision. Operate rigging equipment and cranes to lift and position heavy pipe sections safely during fabrication and installation. Conduct pipe threading, plasma cutting, soldering, and assembly tasks following strict safety standards and ASME codes & standards. Read schematics, technical drawings, and schematics for accurate fabrication and installation of piping systems. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials, inspecting completed welds for quality, and adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven construction site experience with a focus on pipe welding or related fabrication roles. Proficiency in
MIG, TIG, FCAW
welding techniques; experience with <

> welding preferred. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, press brake machines, plasma cutters, and other fabrication equipment. Mechanical knowledge of pipe threading, assembly processes, rigging operations, and manufacturing standards. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Knowledge of ASME codes & standards applicable to piping systems; ability to follow safety regulations diligently. Ability to operate forklifts or other lifting equipment; experience with machining or soldering is a plus. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site using schematics and technical instructions.
