Customer Focus, Passion for Performance, and Right People - Best Teams. Position Summary We are looking for 2nd shift welders to join our growing Roseville , MN location. If you have TIG/MIG experience and enjoy working with your hands, this could be a great position for you. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lay out, position, and secure parts and assemblies according to specifications, using straightedge, combination square, calipers, and ruler Observe tests on welded surfaces, such as hydrostatic, x-ray, and dimension tolerance Develops templates or tooling and other work aids to hold and align parts. Determines required equipment and welding methods, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques. Examining finished products and spare parts and comparing them with samples to check whether the specifications are met. Inspects grooves, angles, or gap allowances, using measuring instruments welding metal, such as fusing metal segments, using gas tungsten arc, metal arc, flux-cored arc, plasma arc, and other types of welding arcs Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 7+ years of experience in TIG, MIG, and Tack-weld (TIG welding preferred) Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the mission Ability to weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions. Lift objects up to 50 pounds throughout the day Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Reading blueprints and performing all necessary measurements
