Full-Time | Direct Hire Why Welders Like This Role Direct hire, full-time stability Custom fabrication (not production-line welding) Quality-focused shop culture (no production quotas) Laid-back, team-oriented environment Projects change regularly for steady variety $5.00/hr shift differential for 2nd shift What You'll Be Building Custom heavy-duty equipment for the fertilizer industry, including: Blenders and mixers Bucket elevators and conveyors Rotary drums Custom fertilizer bins and tanks What You'll Do Perform stainless steel MIG welding on custom industrial equipment Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings Weld using .035-.045 flux-core and hardwire MIG Weld 1/16" to 1/4" mild steel and stainless steel (pipe, sheet, plate, channel) Weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions Complete custom welds in, on, and around tanks Maintain strong quality and safety standards What We're Looking For Welding certification, diploma, or equivalent hands-on MIG welding experience Strong blueprint reading skills Stainless steel welding experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding positions Comfortable working in varied positions (bending, kneeling, crawling) Apply Now For An Immediate Call From Tanner Apply today to be considered. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
