$18-$26 per hour (based on experience) Join a Team That Combines Craftsmanship with Innovation Edge Rail & Screen is seeking a motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. We manufacture premium aluminum railing systems and architectural products while combining traditional fabrication methods with cutting-edge laser welding technology. Whether you're an experienced welder or someone eager to learn, we offer an opportunity to develop valuable skills using both proven welding techniques and the latest advancements in metal fabrication. What You'll Do Weld and fabricate aluminum handrail systems and custom aluminum products Operate traditional welding equipment and assist with advanced laser welding processes Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications Assemble, fabricate, and finish products to quality standards Utilize technology and modern manufacturing equipment Work with a team dedicated to innovation, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement Maintain a safe and organized work environment What We're Looking For Welding experience preferred (aluminum experience is a plus) Interest in learning new technologies and fabrication methods Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desire to grow professionally and advance within the company Why Work at Edge Rail & Screen?
