Long-Term Opportunity Now Hiring Experienced Shop Welders! Power Labor USA is seeking a skilled Shop Welder for a long-term opportunity with a growing and established fabrication team. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication specifications Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials to precise tolerances Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Assist with grinding, finishing, and other metal fabrication processes Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications Minimum 3 years of welding experience in a shop or fabrication environment Strong MIG welding experience required Experience with additional welding processes such as TIG welding is preferred Good math skills and the ability to perform measurements and calculations accurately Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic computer skills Knowledge of metal finishing processes and fabrication techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education High School Diploma or GED required Technical or vocational training in welding, fabrication, or a related field highly preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 70 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to physically maneuver materials, tools, and equipment safely Comfortable working in an active fabrication shop environment Apply today and start building your future with Power Labor USA!
