If you have experience in welding, fabrication, or structural steel , and you take pride in quality craftsmanship, this is your opportunity to build a long-term career in a fast-growing manufacturing environment . What You'll Do Perform MIG welding / Flux-core welding (FCAW) on structural steel components Fit and assemble metal fabrication parts to specification Assist in backing weld operations and structural assembly Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols Use tape measures, squares, levels, and hand tools accurately Follow OSHA safety standards and company quality guidelines Work in a production / manufacturing environment to meet deadlines What We're Looking For Experience in welding, fabrication, or steel construction preferred Familiarity with MIG, FCAW, or stick welding processes Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings (or willingness to learn) Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Welding certification (AWS/CWB) is a plus, but we'll help you earn it Why Join Team Miracle Competitive pay: $20
