Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder to join our manufacturing and construction teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components with precision and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing advanced welding techniques and mechanical knowledge to produce high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, experience on construction sites, and a commitment to excellence in craftsmanship. Duties Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and welding techniques to join metal parts according to blueprints and schematics. Read and interpret detailed technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure components meet specifications. Fabricate sheet metal structures, ductwork, pipe systems, and other metal assemblies in accordance with industry standards such as ASME codes & standards. Operate plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with rigging, crane operation, pipe threading, machining, soldering, and plasma cutting tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and using personal protective equipment. Collaborate with team members on assembly projects and mechanical installations across construction sites. Support fabrication processes by utilizing schematics, technical drawings, and basic math skills for precise measurements. Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and weld integrity. Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites or in manufacturing environments as a welder. Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW welding processes, with knowledge of <

Strong safety awareness with the ability to operate forklifts or other machinery if certified. Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills.
