Job Description
Welder / Fabricator We are hiring an experienced Welder / Fabricator for our metal fabrication shop. This position will involve welding, fitting, and building metal parts and assemblies from prints and shop drawings. We are looking for someone who can produce quality work, work safely, and be a reliable part of the team. Duties Include MIG weld steel parts and assemblies Fit and fabricate components to print Read blueprints and welding symbols Use shop equipment and hand tools safely Check dimensions and maintain quality standards Keep work area clean and organized Assist with rework, repairs, and other fabrication tasks as needed Work efficiently to meet production schedules Requirements Welding and fabrication experience Ability to read prints and measure accurately Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop environment Commitment to safety and quality Preferred Experience fitting and fabricating structural or heavy-gauge steel components Fit-up experience Experience with pulsed MIG welding Ability to work with minimal supervision Prior experience in a custom fabrication or manufacturing environment Pay will be based on experience.
