NSC Staffing NSC Staffing is currently seeking experienced 1st Class Pipe Welders for a long-term shipyard project in Pascagoula, Mississippi. This position supports the construction, repair, and modernization of U.S. Navy vessels and commercial marine projects. Must be able to pass Hair follicle test and background check
Pay Rate:
Up to $48.00/hr depending on experience

Immediate Openings Available Position Requirements Minimum 3 years of pipe welding experience Experience with GTAW (TIG) and SMAW (Stick) welding processes Experience welding Copper-Nickel (CuNi) and Stainless Steel pipe Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld procedures, and technical drawings Strong knowledge of shipyard, marine, industrial, or heavy fabrication environments Ability to pass all required welding tests and screenings Required Weld Test Restricted 6G Pipe Welding Test 5" Schedule 80 Carbon Steel Pipe GTAW (TIG) Root Pass SMAW (11018 Electrode) Fill and Cap Must pass military-specification X-Ray inspection Must pass welding assessments in: 2G Horizontal 3G Vertical 4G Overhead Job Duties Perform pipe welding on marine piping systems using GTAW and SMAW processes Weld Stainless Steel and Copper-Nickel pipe to military specifications Read and follow blueprints, welding procedures, and work packages Maintain quality standards and production schedules Work safely in shipyard environments, including confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions Follow all OSHA and shipyard safety regulations NSC Staffing Offers Weekly Pay Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Program Long-Term Opportunities Career Growth with
