Overview We are seeking a highly skilled 1st Class Structural Welder to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex fabrication projects that require precision welding and mechanical expertise. The ideal candidate will bring energy, dedication, and a passion for quality craftsmanship to every task.
Duties Wages:
•$42.00/Hr•$147.04/day Per Diem, if eligible
Shift:
•Must be able to work any shift
Responsibilities:
Joining together of different types of metal materials with a variety of welding processes; the most basic of which are, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) also known as "stick welding" and Flux-Core Arc Welding (FCAW) also known as "wire welding." Requirements Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings Familiarity with ASME codes & standards for welding and fabrication processes Minimum 3 Yrs. Welding experience in FCAW and SMAW Must have the ability to pass a military specification welding assessment in the vertical (3G), horizontal (2G) and overhead (4G) positions.•Must be able to pass background check and hair follicle drug screen
