Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, The Jr. Fitter/Welder will be responsible for but not limited to: Read and follow detailed written instructions and fabrication drawings. Perform accurate measurements and calculations using feet, inches, and fractions. Operate carbon air-arc equipment for back gouging processes. Ensure safe work practices are adhered to, and appropriate PPE is worn at all times.

Asheville Fabrication Facility 2nd Shift Monday to
Friday Training:
Learn to read and interpret blueprints. Learn to read a tape measure. Learn to operate overhead cranes. Learn Health and Safety procedures. Learn to be a team player, who can interrelate and operate effectively with peers and other associates within a collegial, yet demanding, work environment. Learn organizational skills and learn to be flexible in managing changing priorities. Learn communication skills - both written and oral. Learn analytical and problem-solving skills.
